What to do if your UKZN account has been locked and you cannot login to Moodle:

Subject: ICS NOTICE: Locked User Accounts

To Staff and Students

ICS has established that Staff and Student login accounts are being concurrently used to access UKZN’s network via multiple devices.

This compromises UKZN’s network, both in terms of security and bandwidth usage.

ICS has hence restricted User logins to a maximum of four (4), and once exceeded, locks the User Account. Kindly ensure that you log out of one of your devices, in keeping with this restriction.

In the event of your account being locked, kindly send a WhatsApp message to 0634547171 with the following details:

 

Students

Staff

Student/ID/passport number

Any one registered module

Physical address

Mobile number

Staff/ID number

Mobile number
